This home cooked meal with hearty vegetables and sauce really warms your body up. It also satisfies appetites with only 6 Weight Watchers smart points per serving! Although this meal wasn’t created for Weight Watchers, it’s healthy enough to eat on any diet.
This recipe is also easily modified for vegetarian and gluten free diets. Swap out the ground turkey for brown lentils or tofu crumbles to make vegetarian-friendly American Chop Suey. Swap out the macaroni for the gluten free pasta of your choice and it becomes a hearty gluten-free meal. Yum!
