Summer is here and with it are all those cravings for ICE CREAM! What’s your favorite kind? Mine is chocolate so this is a perfect recipe for that! This particular recipe reminds me of my Dad. When I was a kid and we would go get ice cream, this was his choice. Of course, he had the real thing and easily could. He was 6’1″ and 160 pounds, lol. I wish I got that gene from him. BUT with this banana split protein shake, I can still get some of my ice cream fix – and so can you. Mmmm!
Whether you are on Weight Watchers or any other diet plan, this banana split protein shake makes a great meal substitute. And because it’s so good, you won’t feel like you’re missing out on anything. Or have a light meal and use this shake for a healthy dessert option instead of an unhealthy evening snack! I don’t know about you, but the evenings are the hardest time for me.
Banana Split Protein Shake and ViSalus
This shake works well with ViSalus or any other protein powder. Try different flavors to see how it adds to the taste of your banana split protein shake. - 1 tsp Baking Cocoa
- 1 tsp Fat Free Strawberry Syrup
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter

- Blend Well and enjoy.
