This is my favorite shake of all! My two favorite flavors are banana and peanut butter and when you put them together… yum! This shake is like a peanut butter and banana sandwich without the bread.
When I started making it, I used Visalus, but quickly discovered this shake recipe works with any protein powder, so feel free to go ahead and use your favorite.
You know what else goes great with peanut butter and bananas? Chocolate! When I used a chocolate protein powder to make this shake, it took it to a whole new level. Instead of tasting like an indulgent lunch sandwich, it tasted like a decadent dessert! Except without all the calories.

- 3-4 Ice cubes
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- Blend Well
