Ingredients
  • 1Cup Green Pepperchopped
  • 1 Cup Onionchopped
  • 1Cup Frozen Green Beans
  • 1/2Cup Carrotschopped
  • 2Ribs Celerychopped
  • 214 Ounce Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 4Cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth (Fat Free)
  • 2Tbsp Hot Salsa
  • 1tsp Minced Garlic
  • 10Ounces Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1Tbsp Dried Basil
  • 1tsp Dried Oregano
Instructions
  1. Chop all ingredients.
  2. Chop all vegetables.
  3. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours or until vegetables are done.
